In late 1941, while the Earth is torn apart by World War II a fleet of vessels from an alien planet arrive to conquer the world. Both sides are taken by surprise, as humans must make uneasy alliances and the aliens, who call themselves the Race, discover that their enemy is much more fierce and technologically advanced than expected.
