Description

The second volume in the Liveship Trilogy, the Mad ship continues the story where the ship of magic left off. Wintrow is a captive of the pirate Kennit and has been bonded the ship Vivacia as a living figurehead. Meanwhile Malta is caught up with the changeling traders of the Wild Rain.

Althea is still adventuring as a sailor aboard the Liveship Ophelia, still trying to find a way of reclaiming her rightfull inheritence.

Amber has found the Mad ship Paragon and starts to try and repair this stricken liveship.

Robin continues to weave a rich portrait of a world (and family) in turmoil with a dramatic tale of the high seas.
